SALES ASSISTANT INTERN FIRETRAP HEAD OFFICE LONDON!!!
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a highly talented and ambitious Sales Assistant Intern to join our team at World Design & Trade in FIRETRAP LONDON. This role will involve supporting the Firetrap UK Sales team in marketing and launches of new collections ensuring the highest levels of communication at all times and have an overall passion for fashion.
Firetrap was founded in 1993 - a brand that was anti-bureaucratic and unconventional- "Edgy""Dangerous""Individual" "English" and "Uncompromising" were used to describe this brand by its founder and the words are just as relevant to the label today, almost 20 years later.
Firetrap capitalises on the fact that the brand is designed in London by British designers - Firetrap is defined by the London look and attitude, it is a mirror to London style and culture - Firetrap is London and London- ism is the future. Taking inspiration from all the sights, sounds and flavours of London life, Firetrap's time is the night-time, they are grabbing hold of the legendary subversive wit and rebellious spirit associated with the city and making it their own.
Having firmly established itself internationally, the brand is sold in more than 1,500 doors worldwide in over 30 countries. There are five stand-alone stores in the UK alone, including our flagship store in Covent Garden.
Away from the UK the brand is a key player worldwide with a store in Dubai and concessions throughout Italy.

Role and Responsibilities:
The Role & Responsibilities:
Marketing
- Act as an ambassador for Firetrap within the market place
- Assist the Sales Manager to present collections to clients and new customers
- Work towards building a strong brand presence in the market
Launch
- Prepare collections for photo shoots and showrooms including steaming and labelling of products
- Prepare folders for all launches
- Assist with dressing models when showing ranges to agents and customers
- Prepare launch packs for agents
- Ticketing PR styles
Communication
- Informing Sales Manager of daily progress
- Management of account filing
- Sending order acknowledgements to customers
- Organise training packs for staff training in store
- Organise staff incentives, goody bags for key accounts each season
- Send out best sellers on key accounts, weekly on PowerPoint
- Sending bestsellers and ATS weekly to agents
- Send lookbooks out to key accounts
- Price comparison report every season on each product group on PowerPoint
- Note taking in launches and agents meeting
- Book models for house accounts
- Book models for sales appointments
- Recording samples in and out of business and liaising with the warehouse
- Upkeep of showrooms, tidying of merchandising bays each day
- Any other ad Hoc projects
Other key requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and good at building and understanding the importance of business relationships
- Currently studying with an approved institution
- Fashion/brand aware
- PC skills, MS Office, Excel and administrative skills
- Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills
- Pro-active approach, ambitious and results focused approach
- Possess a high level of integrity and charisma
- Organisation; planning and prioritise self-managed workload
- Enthusiastic and confident personality
- Excellent time management
