International Sales Representative

Job Purpose:
Responsible for: International Firetrap Sales Rep (mens and females)
Reporting to: International Sales Manager

Role and Responsibilities:
Marketing
- Act as an ambassador for Firetrap within the marketplace.
- Assist with Sales Manager to present collections to clients and new customers.
- Work towards building a strong brand presence in the market
Launch
- Prepare collections for photo shoot and showrooms, steaming and labelling
- Prepare folders for launch
Communication
- Informing Sales Manager of daily progress
Management
- Entering PO's
- Sending order acknowledgements to customers
- Note taking in launches and agents meeting
- Entering budgets on system
- Booking models for sales appointments
- Recording sampels in and out of business
- Upkeep of showrooms
- Any other ad Hoc projects
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent customer service skills and good at building and understanding the importance of business relationships
- Fashion/brand aware
- PC skills, MS Office, Excel and administrative skills
- Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills
- Pro-active approach, ambitious and results focused approach
- Possess a high level of integrity and charisma
- Organisation; planning and prioritise self managed workload
- Enthusiastic and confident personality
- Excellent time management
