Job Purpose:

 

A proactive customer service advisor to be the point of contact for Firetrap customers, dealing effectively with enquires and bring in new sales.

 

Reporting to:

Sales Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

  •  Manage the customer's experience, ensuring the customer is updated and informed regarding the status of their orders.
  • Taking inbound calls and emails from customers and answering the varieties of queries they have.
  • Keeping in touch with retailers to ensure that they have sufficient stock.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Making sure that retailers are kept informed of new ranges and product changes.
  • Offering back up to our support line for the general public who purchase the products.
  • Find alternative stock from range based on your product knowledge
  • All new accounts to be vetted and checks
  • To ensure that customers are called regularly and to establish the frquency of calls to suit their business needs
  • Enter customer orders correctly and in a timely manner and check that the information is accurate.
  • To drive an manage stock sales to client base in line with the brand's needs.
  • To work to achieve specific sales targets in line with seasonal or promotional events and requirements
  • Monitor the Pick ,Pack and Hold element of client forward orders and ensure that customers are made aware of this in order to meet delivery deadlines and lower the stock held within WDT.

 Communication:

  •  Good communicator with strong oral and written ability
  • Persuasive
  • Relates and communicates well with all levels and across all depts within WDT

 

Skills and Experience:

Skills & Experience

  •  High level of communication and influencing skills (preferably demonstrated in a phone environment).
  • Must able to demonstrate excellent customer handling skills.
  • Must be computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Remains positive even when faced with setbacks and stressful situations
  • Shows passion for the Firetrap brand and the job role
  • Able to emphasise the positive side of a situation
  • Generates enthusiasm to clients and colleagues
